Yesterday I finally got an iPhone:) I am not a technology geek. New things come out that everyone has and I'm still using the old rotary phone:). Even so, I've been wanting one of these for a while. Phil could never hear me in my cell (no one could, actually...I was the poster child for the 'Can You Hear Me Now?' commercial!:) I finally took the plunge yesterday. I LOVE it:). I wanted to post a Wednesday Lovin' video yesterday from it-- but I was still too nervous. And embarrassed. I shot it twice and just couldn't go through with it. Must have fixed my hair 100 times. A nervous tick, I think:). Anyways...maybe in the coming week. Or month. Whenever I finally get the courage:).
Here is my first Instagram photo:) I think it is the reason I wanted the iPhone the most. Just for that app:). LOL.
Do you have a favorite app??
I've been scrolling through the photography category. And the kids are really into some angry bird thing:) Any recommendations as far as good photo apps?? I'd love to check them out!:)

Hahaha how funny I reckon I got my iphone for the same reason hehe! Gorgeous picci. My favourite is instagram LOVE, LOVE it! Great for when I am doing scrapbooking too, makes it more my style. Pocket booth is FUN oh and Photo365 reminds you to take a picture every day, which is fun. OH and you can follow people on instagram too that is pretty cool!

you are so cute! my fiance is getting me an iphone once i switch over to his plan so i cannot wait!!! i do have an itouch and am obsessed with angry birds. also use the echofone app for twitter. :)

I'm always behind the times when it comes to cell phones and I always seem to find better things to spend my money on. Hope you have fun with yours though!! <3 Sea Marie
ReplyDeleteI LOVE my i-phone, and am slowly adding apps to it. I added CP Pro recently, just need time to play. You'll spend alot of time playing and browsing the App Store LOL!!!

Its a free download and its basically like playing scrabblewith your friends. If you do decide and want to play i will give you my game name. Lol

yay on the iPhone :c) I just discovered 55k Quotes. I think it really must have that many quotes. Not sure how reliable they are, but it's cool. I"m going to be using it for my journaling

Hmmm - I can't quite get my head round that little flat thing that has a camera in the back, can just about make it take a call & I can MAKE a call on it. Love my MacBook & am gradually getting the hang of the Apple things like PAGES & iPhoto is fine with me. Looks like you're having great fun with this little gadget - I'm totally not gadgety - didn't even know what "Geek" was until you introduced me to the word. Maybe I'm just old or a plain dinosaur. Enjoy! Been gardening (er.... um..... trying to make things grow & helping R with wallpaper paste).

Congrats on the iPhone! I'm not a huge techy girl either, but I seriously feel lost without mine. Aside from Instagram, I also use PictureShow and PhotoStudio to edit photos - the first is a little more user friendly but the second has some good filters. Also, Diptic or PhotoShake to make cool collages on your phone, and 360 Panorama to take, um, panoramas. And Postagram!! That's an app that lets you chose a photo from your phone and send it as a postcard with a little pop-out picture - my grandma loves getting them in the mail. :)

Hey there! I've been reading your blog for a little while now and have fallen in love - keep drifting back to you from A Beautiful Mess :) I needa start blogging again :( so much to say with so little time...
ReplyDeleteBUT iPhone apps!!! I've got ya covered!!! That is if you still need some to look for. :)
For editing I suggest Camera+ and PS Express (Photoshop Express) and then there's DEFINITELY Instagram - my all time fav - and Hipstamatic is kinda like Instagram too, but I don't really use it for the sharing purpose, just the taking photos through their sweet lenses and filters :) Fusioncam is along the same lines of those, and they have LabelBox too, which if you want to put awesome writing with cool fonts on your photos with. That's on my blog buttons, with the black and white writing. :) PictureShow is another of my all time favorites, and you can spend a lot of time on there. It's another editing-ish but really nice app, good for long ways photos. If you have an iPhone 4 there's IncrediBooth and that is FUN esp with a group of people or on the go sort of thing :) Oh and last but not least there's PicFrame, an app that puts multiple photos together in frames - if that made any sense. :)
Hope that helped ya some... (these are also mostly ones that cost some money... so I sometimes wait until I have an iTunes gift card to use, haha)
