My last sweet surprise went to my baby sister. She is going through a rough time and doing the best she can raising four kids by herself.
ReplyDeleteThe last people I surprised with a sweet gift were my co-workers...yersterday I bake some Strawberry low calorie cupcakes and some Chocolate cup cakes and even put icing and edible pearls on the top...they are liking me today!

I surprised my mom last; with new pjs for her anniversary trip with my dad. She had been saying she didn't have any so I bought her a new pair and put them in her suit case.
ReplyDeleteA wonderful woman I worked with before I retired was in a horrendous auto accident. I send her gifts and cards all the time to let her know how special she is to me. Her last surprise was a set of "thank you" cards she could use to thank those that helped her out while she was unable to help herself.

ReplyDeleteI gave my mom a suprise gift yesterday... I gave a her a beautiful scarve that matches her new wintercolour T-shirts that she bought... she loves the warm (pumpin) orange tints. It was hard for her to accept because she knows how low on money I am... but finally she accepted it... and that made me so so so happy!

The last person I surprised with a nice gift was my wonderful penpal during many many years, She´s been collecting snowglobes all her life, and suddenly fell over a very special one here with light in it and sent it for her, as she had her birthday not long ago, and she actually just got it yeaterday and was sooooooo jumping on cloud 9, when I had her on my msn last night , that it was just amazing and I felt so great, I had done it ha ha ha

I knew she had a really hard time and was struggling to buy groceries for her family. so when I showed up with a bag full she was really surprised and a big smile popped up on her face.Making people smile is just the best thing ever!!!

Ohhhhhh... everyone likes surprises. Especially candy surprises!! My last great surprise was for my mom on Mother's Day this year when I had a pair of her brother's metal lawn chairs repainted to look wonderful again. She was so pleased, as was I. I had 5 Gold Dollar coins and there was a family grocery shopping that had the best and well mannered children; so, I asked the Mom if I could give each of the children a coin. I did. Oh, the smiles...priceless!
