Hair Color.

Chalk works to add color into hair.  Who knew.

I noticed Free People selling hair chalk on their site...And, while I LOVE FreePeople (i cherish those pieces in my closet), they are just a TAD (wink) on the expensive side.  So, I wondered if it was like a "magic chalk"...or if the same could be done with the artist chalk set in my desk.

The next day I had pink hair:).  Just the bottom part...and when I brush through it, it kinda softens the color a bit.  But it is super fun.  And didn't require any dye.  Which is awesome...because me and dye have a complicated, love-hate relationship.  It lasted into the next day, too.

I have blonde hair towards the bottom, and pink and purple worked best.  I tried the pink on Niamh's dark hair, and that worked nice, too.  Philly asked for a blue streak...and I was able to give him his blue blotch:).  Niamh asked to try it on dad, too...Phil opted out.  Also, he has a Mr. Clean thing goin' on up there, so not a lot to work with;).

Just a fun idea...
Hope you guys have a bright and happy weekend!!
