Lovely.

I finally opened my Silhouette Cameo box.  It has been sitting in my living room for four months.  I don't know why it scared me so...but I was afraid it would be hard to use or just be a pain the booty.

It is so easy.
And fun.  My crafty world expanded exponentially this week:).
I love the paper craft milk cartons I've seen here and there in blogland, so I gave one a go and love how it came out!  I used October Afternoon paper and a new digi called "Lovely" (soon to be released).  Gonna put some yummy candies in the box and give it to someone special.

I also have an Instagram giveaway going on @kristacanary.  One lucky follower will receive the whole next digi release!  Check out the SC Facebook page to read the giveaway rules.

Hope your Thursday is lovely.
We are enjoying 80 degree weather...I even planted some more flowers today.
(My tiny garden is bursting with color!)
Love, love, love spring!
And looking very forward to summer~
I keep wanting to draw flowers, bathing suits, and warm weather-inspired characters!

  10. Doesn't it feel great to overcome a fear with a feeling of creativity? I think we are all 'bursting' with great things to share...and our only challenge is having enough hours in the day to do it, don't you?

  16. I love "Lovely", she is gorgeous. I have a Cricut. Don't use it as much as I should. I've had it for about four years and it has been boxed back up for the last two because it took so much room in my studio. Gotta get it back out. It has been in the low 100's here. We live inside with the AC.

  17. Ooh that's gorgeous Krista! Love that new digi, I always get so excited that it's a digi, as I'm down the bottom of the world now, not so easy to get SC rubber down here! Love Spring, it's my favourite season bar none! I just feel so joyful when all the flowers start to bloom, here it's Autumn, so the leaves are turning and the nights are getting longer. Happy flower planting. Hugs, Wends xxx

  18. Krista Your design is Beautiful. I have the original silhouette and Love it. Maybe one of these days I will upgrade it. But it is hard for me to let go of my machines I have 3 cricuts, the silhouette original and way to many manual machines but I just can't part with any of them. I think I am addicted.

  22. This is so gorgeous Krista, I really love this a lot. I have a Cricut, but must admit, I never use it, as it´s sooo complicated to find out, so I wouldn´t ever go for any other of these, I´m afraid, Guess I´m too stupid to find out these things, so I stick to my Calibur and dies, then I know things works out well.
I was just soo lucky to get some of your gorgeous stamps on Create and Craft with Little Darlings here yesterday, so can´t wait for them to arrive here hopefully soon, so I can get to play with some new girls too he he he. Your new digi is also just as cute as ever.
Have a wonderful week-end/Whitsun here for everyone this week.

  33. Well my friend, weirdly enough I have had a CraftRobo in the box (which is the one before the cameo) for 3 years and not touched it, don't know why but it scares me, I know I will be ok once I get going but its all the pc packages that come with it, I've been told it is hard to learn but im ok with pcs so I don't know why it scares me so much. At the moment I haven't got a dedicated craft space, it needs sorting and once it's done that machine is coming out of its box!!! Its the same with my brand new Brother sewing machine, 60 stitches and I've not touched it, I call it my Nemesis!!! LOL what are we like hey? hugs hun, lots of the love to the kiddos xxxV
